We've gone done it and brewed a 16% hazy IPA - a triple dry hopped sextuple New England IPA. Yep, read that again from the start.🤯

LOST CARCOSA rests on the remains of an absolute ton of hops, sacrificed to this beast bit by bit in all stages of its... maturation. A big dish of Pacifica and Citra hops provide the backbone on the hot side, then Super Sauvin and Cryo Pop went in at many different stages of fermentation, with extra-juicy results. 🪓🔪🗡️

It's a huge bowl of fruit punch, fortified. Party mode. Canned pineapple juice galore, not too syrupy even for its... girth. Musty white grapes and overripe yellow berries, soft lychee, mango and coconut pudding, touch of passion fruit zing. Not too bitter, not overly sweet, but balanced enough to hide its monstruous ABV. 🥭🍍🥥
