We used a super pale malt profile and even added rice flakes for maximum… crunch. Simcoe and Southern Cross are a must on the hot side, with that solid resiny and zesty-herbal background, and then a Motueka and Citra dry hop combo takes it home with super bright yellow berries, Muscat and juicy mango. 🥭🥭🥭
It’s insanely crushable and rich, and kinda sets the tone for this next warm season, we think. 🤔
